Shipping can be very stressful on certain arthropods, but we try to minimize that by providing proper shipping conditions. We package everything securely and label boxes accordingly.  Following this, In the unlikely event that your arthropods arrive in poor condition or deceased, please contact us within 2 hour of delivery. We will request photographs of the shipment and the arthropods for verification purposes. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

We only ship out MONDAYS & TUESDAYS. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method and the recipient's location.
