Shipping can be very stressful on certain arthropods, but we try to minimize that by providing proper shipping conditions. We package everything securely and label boxes accordingly.  Following this, In the unlikely event that your arthropods arrive in poor condition or deceased, please contact us within 2 hour of delivery. We will request photographs of the shipment and the arthropods for verification purposes. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Recieved Shiro Utsuri in my mysterybox. Pretty happy with the little gaffers ♡. Everyone arrived healthy and seemingly unperturbed by the trip.
I got a 10 count (11) of blonde rubber duckies in my 100$ box
Sadly i already have a bunch of regular duckies and pink+blonde duckies and was hoping i wouldnt get duplicates of what I aleady own, I however can't complain as all 11 get added were alive and healthy and get to be added into my colony to freshen up the gene pool even more

I got 2 of the mystery isopods and I'm so happy! Everyone came happy & healthy and now I can have a couple colonies of pods I never considered! I got 10x Salmon Cubaris (there were way more than 10!), and 12x Shiro Utsuri. There was way more than that and they've actually already had a huge clutch of babies :)
My isopods arrived in happy healthy condition! I received 12 Purple Ghost Isopods, and 10 small White Panda Kings.
I thought mystery boxes would be a fun way to spice up the buying process and cure some of my indecisiveness. which is definetly what happened, Panda Kings are ones I'm quite fond of, the white variant is a neat one to have for myself! I'm excited to watch them grow!
Purple Ghosts aren't one I would've chosen on my own as through photos they weren't a species that caught my eye but in person I find their patterns and admittedly vague purple hue comes together in a lovely way. One of my purple ghosts has a couple weird dark chunks hanging onto them but I believe it's just some poop from their shipping cup.
All in all I loved my experience with Crawlmart and I am excited to purchase again in the future when I'm ready for some more of these little critters.
I was extremely impulsive and got not just the 250 box but the 100 box as well and am very satisfied with what I got! I got 10 rubber bees, 10 amber fireflies and 12 cappuccinos which with the extras included (especially when those sp. Are not on sale) values a good ways above the 350 i ended up spending!
If youre doubting if you want to try the mystery boxes or not....you won't be dissapointed!
No way i got 112$ of value maybe more ....in my 50$ mystery box (i got 12 x blue pigeon) thanks you i will buy again wish me luck!
