Shipping can be very stressful on certain arthropods, but we try to minimize that by providing proper shipping conditions. We package everything securely and label boxes accordingly. Following this, In the unlikely event that your arthropods arrive in poor condition or deceased, please contact us within 2 hour of delivery. We will request photographs of the shipment and the arthropods for verification purposes. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

I wasn't sure which species to get because I've never had isopods before, so I figured I'd roll the dice and get a mystery box since I didn't really mind which ones I'd get. I was kinda leaning towards Spanish spiny, yellow zebra, or cherry blossoms, though, and like any discerning individual, I have a champagne taste with a beer budget. I took a chance and I'm glad I did!
I was expecting a couple of mid range species in my $100 box and was delighted to find cherry blossoms, of all things! That's a heck of a first set of isopods! I'll definitely be ordering again. The bugs and my other items for them were packed expertly and arrived alive. They're so so so cute and I can't wait to watch their population grow. I'll be back for yellow zebras!
A great way to add a little spice to your isopod order! I got around 14-15 Troglodillo sp. Soil as my mystery species and they are such cute, chill little guys. All arrived happy and healthy, as always - thanks, Danny! :)
Initially a lil regret and panic but afterwards when they arrived was super happy, everything arrived healthy and happy, Cappuccinos and Cherry Blossom Cubaris, they arrived in such good condition that one of the Cappuccinos had babies
Received some beautiful cherry blossoms within ~1 business day in Ontario! All arrived healthy and active with no casualties!
Isopods came healthy and had babies during shipping! I recived way more than 10, i counted 12 adults and over 15 babies! Mystery box was a great way to aquire a species I might not have considered before. I received T. Soil and highly recommend the mystery box! They were well packaged with a heat back and lots of insulation. All came curious and active in only 2 days. Great deal and healthy pods :)
I was absolutely overjoyed opening up my package to find my mystery species were blonde rubber duckies. Whole order was packed so well, and I received extra buggies in every container. Thank you Crawlmart :)
