Damages/Death/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item or insect is defective or deceased, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that your arthropods arrive in poor condition or deceased, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the shipment and the arthropods for verification purposes. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
