Live-Arrival-Guarantee (LAG)

Shipping can be very stressful on certain arthropods, but we try to minimize that by providing proper shipping conditions. We package everything securely and label boxes accordingly. The buyer must ensure that someone is available to accept the package upon its initial delivery attempt. If the package is held at a carrier facility for pickup, it must be retrieved on the same day as the scheduled delivery. Customer must ensure the package won’t be left in the heat/cold, waiting for pickup at your door. Any unforeseen shipping delays caused by the courier are out of our control and are not covered.

Dead-On-Arrival (DOA)

In the unlikely event that your bugs arrive in poor condition or deceased, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will request you contact us and send photos or a video of the deceased insect(s) within 2 hours of the delivery time. Failure to do so will not be covered by LAG.

Shipping

Our standard procedure involves processing orders promptly, usually within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipments are exclusively dispatched on Mondays or Tuesdays. Delivery times may fluctuate based on the chosen shipping method and the recipient's location. Customers can anticipate receiving their packages within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the label is generated and the item is dispatched. Any refund issued will have shipping costs deducted from the total amount. We allow changes to the shipping address up until the time of shipment. However, once the package has been dispatched, we cannot refund any errors made in the shipping address. In such cases, customers will be responsible for covering the costs associated with redelivery. No international shipping. Please note: Live insects should be purchased separately from supplies; otherwise, priority and express post will be the only available shipping option.

Weather

We prioritize the well-being of live insects by closely monitoring temperature and weather conditions during shipping. Our commitment to their safety means we may delay shipment until conditions are optimal for their journey, ensuring they arrive in the best possible condition. Delays will be announced on the website banner and our socials.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Orders must be canceled or updated within 24 hours of the ship date (following Monday-Tuesday). Strict no-return policy.
