Skill Level: Intermediate
Size: Approximately 0.8"~
Enclosure: Plastic storage bin or glass terrarium
Diet: Fish flakes, vegetables, dried leaves, wood, grasses, etc.
Temperature Range: Maintain a temperature between 22C-27 (70F to 85F) Avoid exposing them to extreme cold or heat, as it can be fatal.
Breeding: Relatively easy – with proper care, sub-adults will start breeding before reaching full size. However, this species grows more slowly and may take a few months to establish a thriving population.
Substrate: Use coconut coir, peat moss, or Organic mix of your choosing,
Humidity: Maintain medium humidity levels. Create a moisture gradient by misting one side of the enclosure. To help retain humidity, add sphagnum moss and/or pillow moss on the moist side (a combination of both works well).
