Skill Level: Intermediate
Size: Approximately 2mm-4mm (Very tiny species!)
Enclosure: Plastic storage bin or glass terrarium
Diet: Vegetables, dried leaves, wood, grasses, and decaying matter. Ensure they have access to Calcium Supplements. Offer essential calcium sources like limestone and cuttlebone. Loves lichen and moss.
Temperature Range: Maintain a temperature range of about 20-28C (65 to 85F)
Breeding: These guys are slow to grow and do not reproduce all that quick, expect small broods but often. Very tiny species so they give birth to small brood counts.
Substrate: Use coconut coir, peat moss, etc. Keep it slightly moist and add a layer of leaf litter for enrichment. Flat bark very close to substrate is greatly appreciated.
Humidity: Maintain a moderate-high humid environment. To achieve this, mist one side of the enclosure to create a moisture gradient. Keep moss on the moist side to help maintain humidity, but never allow it to dry completely. They do not need a lot of ventilation to thrive.
