As the holiday season approaches, I want to share a quick update regarding order fulfillment.
To ensure the health, safety, and quality of all live invertebrates and supplies, all orders placed from now through the holidays will be shipped on January 15th then completely paused till Spring!
The holiday period can bring unpredictable shipping delays, temperature fluctuations, and carrier disruptions. Rather than risk the well-being of your animals, I’ve made the decision to temporarily pause outgoing shipments until conditions are more stable.
What this means for you:
• ✅ You are still welcome to place orders during this time
• 🚚 Shipping will resume on January 15 for already placed orders & be paused again till spring(Warmer Temps)
I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. This decision is made with care for both you and the animals, and I’m committed to making sure every order arrives safely and in great condition.
